David Frattaroli joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 and specializes in industrial and advisory services with a primary focus through Nassau and Suffolk County. He assists in the process of representing companies their leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit and investment sales. 

David’s responsibilities on the Long Island Industrial Advisory Team include cold calling, canvassing, marketing of agencies, etc. David focuses most of his time on cold calling into Nassau County and the Outer Boroughs.
