About

Daniel joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 1990 after working as a Facilities Manager for the Widewaters Group in Rochester, NY. Daniel completed a BS Degree in Education from SUNY Oswego. In addition, Daniel completed the SIOR program and has been an SIOR member since 2001.

Daniel’s primary focus is in Office leasing and sales. To date he has completed over 600 transactions and 7.4 Million Square Feet with a leasing/sales volume of over $257 Million.

Some of Daniel’s notable clients include: Excellus BCBS (multiple and state-wide), Catholic Charities., Staples, Inc., Element K/Skillsoft, Crosman Corporation, Hoselton Chevrolet, Rochester City School District, Genesee Wyoming, Inc., Seneca Foods, Adecco, and Toshiba.
