About
Dan Hubbard is a Managing Director of Retail Services with Cushman & Wakefield and leads one of the firm’s top-producing Las Vegas market teams, Hubbard Retail Advisors. He represents both landlords and tenants, providing an experienced, solutions-oriented perspective that drives successful outcomes for all parties.
Dan is particularly passionate about the food and beverage industry, helping landlords identify and attract brands that elevate their properties while guiding restaurants to prime locations and favorable lease terms that support growth and long-term success.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, Dan has completed over $1 billion in commercial sales and leasing transactions, averaging more than 75 deals annually. His clients include institutional owners, developers, corporate occupiers, and private investors. He maintains a listing portfolio exceeding two million square feet, ranging from neighborhood strip centers to large power centers and mixed-use projects.
Dan began his commercial real estate career in 2003 following eight years in direct sales. A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, he has called Las Vegas home since 1998 and proudly “bleeds orange and white” as a devoted Tennessee Volunteers fan.
