Dan Chhan is a Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Pacific Northwest Capital Markets. Mr. Chhan and his partners lead the firm’s brokerage activities focused on institutional multifamily sales, land development, and private capital sale throughout the Pacific Northwest, with a personal focus on land development. Mr. Chhan and his team have closed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2 Billion and have been involved in many of the most complex deals in the Pacific Northwest.  

Dan is a “foodie” who loves to explore new restaurants, especially overseas, with his wife, daughter, and son. He enjoys playing and watching basketball and is a huge Seattle Seahawks and Sonics fan (back in the day).
