About

Conor Boyle is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield in North San Diego County with fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is one of North County’s leading commercial real estate professionals and an expert who specializes in leasing, sales, and development of multi-tenant industrial and 
research and development (R&D) properties.

Representing a portfolio of more than 1.85 million square feet, Boyle provides solutions for his clients’ complex real estate needs. In the last five years, Conor has closed lease and sales transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet valued at more than $324 million in total Consideration and helped bring over 1,000,000 square feet of new industrial and creative flex development to North County.

Prior working in commercial real estate, Conor was an officer in the United States Army and achieved the rank of Captain before leaving the service. Conor served two tours of duty in Iraq, including one as a tank Platoon Leader in Baghdad. Conor attended Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. While at Occidental, Conor played DIV III Intercollegiate Football.
