Chris works closely with Technology & Life Science companies throughout California to provide clients with expert strategic planning, market assessment, financial analysis, deal structuring, negotiations, process management, and all aspects of Tenant representation commercial real estate. Chris brings a competitive mindset to commercial RE and operates on a produce or get out of the way mode.

Before his tenure at IGP, Chris was a 1st Team All Pac 12 baseball player at the University of Washington, before being drafted by the MLP San Diego Padres, where he was named the organization’s top shortstop in 2016. Chris has helped lead many playoff runs as well as a Championship in Double – A.

Chris was named IPG’s Rooke of the Year in 2020, a top producer every year of his career at IGP (2020 - 2023), and Costar Power Broker for 4 years in a row (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023).
