The highly skilled and accomplished Maling team have closed over $3 billion in sales in the last few years and bring deep expertise in investment strategy,1031 exchanges, and complex transactions involving bankruptcies, receiverships, and foreclosures. 

As Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, he directly leads his team out of the downtown Los Angeles office. His diverse and accomplished background includes agency leasing, lease administration, asset management and construction management to better serve his extensive list of clients. 

Together, they offer clients tailored investment solutions backed by rigorous market analysis, execution precision, and a collaborative approach. They proudly represent REITs, private equity groups, developers, Family Offices, Trusts and high-net-worth individuals, always with a focus on maximizing long-term value.
