About
Charlie Beck, a 20-year commercial real estate veteran, is a Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage Services Group. He specializes in tenant representation and advises local, national, and international clients. Beck helps companies exceed their operational and budgetary goals through site selection, lease negotiations, tax incentive negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit opportunities.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Beck worked in the San Francisco office of Grubb & Ellis Co., where he was a market leader in representing both owners/investors and occupiers of office buildings. He brings a well-rounded and broad base of knowledge to complex negotiations. Beck has completed more than 500 sale and lease transactions during his career, representing a total volume of more than $750 million. He was recognized as a Top Producer for the San Francisco office in 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007. Since relocating to Dallas in 2009, Beck has focused exclusively on advising companies on their corporate real estate portfolios and headquarters transactions.
