About

Charley Leavitt joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2026 as Executive Director in the Carolinas, where he works to grow the firm's brand presence, cultivate talent to meet the market's needs, and expand occupier services across North and South Carolina. He is responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, with a focus on landlord representation.

Charley brings deep roots in the Carolinas commercial real estate market. After graduating from college, he joined The Bissell Companies' office leasing team, where he held several roles over a 10-year tenure. He then spent more than 13.5 years as a Senior Managing Director at JLL before joining Stream Realty Partners in August 2023. Over the course of his career, Charley has worked on more than 6 million square feet of ground-up development projects — including developments in areas not historically known for office use — and has worked on numerous adaptive reuse ventures across the Charlotte region.

Outside of the office, Charley enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, playing golf, attending concerts, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
