With a wealth of commercial real estate experience exceeding 7 years, Byron has played a pivotal role in facilitating over $5 billion of successful multifamily and residential land sales throughout the Pacific Northwest. Before attaining his promotion to the brokerage role, Byron served as an analyst at both CBRE and JLL in Seattle, where he focused primarily on institutional multifamily and development opportunities. 

An alumnus of the University of Washington, Byron holds a degree in finance and marketing from the Michael G. Foster School of Business. Following his academic achievements, he further honed his skills as a valued member of Deloitte's esteemed Real Estate Consulting Team in New York and Seattle. 

Outside the professional realm, Byron's passions are as diverse as his skillset. An avid traveler and culinary enthusiast, he also finds solace in activities like running, skiing, golfing, and unwaveringly supporting the UW Huskies.
