About

Bryan Doyle is the Chief Operating Officer of Americas Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, where he helps set the strategic direction for the business line, oversees the operating platform, and ensures Capital Markets professionals have the tools, technology, and resources to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients. In addition to leading operations, Bryan drives technology and AI strategy, and is charged with building and expanding the Capital Markets platform across the division's Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance businesses. He also serves on the Capital Markets Global Operating Committee. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bryan served as a Managing Director of Capital Markets at CBRE, where he led the Private Client Program, a national initiative that expanded the firm's market share in the $5M–$25M transaction space, scaling to more than 200 brokers across 60 U.S. markets and over $100 million in revenue. He also founded CBRE's Lead Center, an integrated digital marketing and inside sales platform for Small Balance lending that grew into a significant national revenue driver, and served as executive sponsor for technology and AI initiatives across Capital Markets. 

Earlier in his career, Bryan held roles in acquisitions and brokerage at Pierce Education Properties and Marcus & Millichap. He holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Hawaii. Bryan serves on the MISMO Board of Governors as Commercial Mortgage Chair, on the Mortgage Bankers Association's Technology Officers Roundtable, and has served as a board advisor to venture-backed commercial real estate technology firms.
