About
Bryan Doyle is a Managing Director in Capital Markets, where he plays a national leadership role focused on growth, talent development, and technology innovation across the firm’s Private Client platform. He currently serves as Head of the Private Client Program, a national initiative expanding market share in the $5 million to $25 million transaction space. In this role, Bryan oversees the recruitment, training, and management of Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking professionals across more than 60 U.S. markets, helping scale the program to more than 200 brokers and over $100 million in revenue since inception.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Bryan serves as executive sponsor and business lead for Capital Markets’ technology ecosystem. He has led the development and enterprise rollout of proprietary tools supporting market analytics, CRM, and data infrastructure, including Capital AI, an AI-powered insight platform leveraging real-time market data to forecast market demand and inform decision-making.
Previously, Bryan founded and led the firm’s Lead Center, an integrated digital marketing and inside sales platform supporting Small Balance lending. Under his leadership, the platform scaled into a national operation and grew loan origination volume from inception to $250 million in its first year and $400 million in its second year. Earlier in his career, Bryan held roles in acquisitions and brokerage with Pierce Education Properties and Marcus & Millichap.
