Brendan McGeary has been with Cushman & Wakefield for over 5 years supporting the Pennsylvania / Southern New Jersey Industrial Capital Markets team. In his current role, Brendan focuses his time on all aspects of the building sales process, from overseeing book production, buyer outreach, due diligence tracking and everything in between. Prior to his current role, Brendan spent three years supporting the entirety of the industrial team as its Senior Financial Analyst.

Prior to Cushman, Brendan spent two years working for a boutique asset management and advisory firm in Newton, MA focused on the Hospitality Industry. Brendan attended Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s in business administration, concentrating in Real Estate and Finance.
