With more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, Brendan has worked across a wide range of asset types and assignments, including global headquarters, complex industrial facilities, building sales, sale-leasebacks, and large-scale portfolio strategies. Throughout his career, he has advised organizations during periods of growth and transformation, helping align real estate decisions with broader business objectives.

As part of Ben Brenner’s team, Brendan’s role focuses on business development and long-term relationship building. Brendan works closely with corporate occupiers to understand their strategic goals and identify opportunities where the team can deliver value through portfolio optimization, operational efficiency, and thoughtful real estate strategy.
