Brandt is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team in Raleigh-Durham, specializing in the sale of office, industrial, retail and flex assets throughout the Triangle.

Brandt recently relocated from Denver, where he was with Unique Properties, a boutique commercial real estate firm, and specialized in the sales of industrial, office and retail investment properties. In 2022, Brandt was named a Heavy Hitter and Top Young Broker by Denver Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).
