About
Brad Nosan brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management. He began his career as a broker with Newmark, where he worked across office, flex, and retail properties and developed a strong foundation in owner and tenant representation.
He later transitioned in-house to a senior development and leasing role with Property Advisors Group, where he focused on mixed-use redevelopment, ground-up multifamily development, and portfolio leasing and management. Over the course of his career, Brad has been directly involved in the development and acquisition of more than $150 million in commercial and multifamily assets across multiple markets.
Brad’s background combines hands-on leasing experience with a deep understanding of the full real estate lifecycle, allowing him to approach projects with an owner’s mindset and a focus on long-term value creation. His work includes sourcing new investment opportunities, leading development initiatives, and overseeing leasing strategies across diverse asset types.
Outside of real estate, Brad is deeply involved in the Cleveland community, serving in leadership roles with several local cultural and nonprofit organizations. He lives in Ohio City with his wife and daughter and enjoys staying active year-round, from outdoor activities to competitive curling.
