As an innovative leader with over a decade of experience in project management, BJ Jones has played a pivotal role in advancing Cushman & Wakefield’s global decarbonization and sustainability initiatives. He has consistently driven transformative programs that merge capital planning, project delivery, and ESG-driven practices, helping organizations achieve ambitious project goals while unlocking measurable business value. 

BJ’s career includes a proven track record of capital planning and large-scale project delivery for Google’s Bay Area campus, where he served as Senior Director of Project Management on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield for over eight years where he built many valuable client relationships and helped deliver successful annual project plans. In this role, he oversaw mission-critical energy and sustainability initiatives across Google’s global portfolio, including building electrification, solar and battery integration, EV charging deployment, and utility infrastructure upgrades. His leadership ensured projects were delivered on schedule and budget, while aligning with ESG objectives and reducing operational risk. 

Within Cushman & Wakefield, BJ is recognized for his ability to design and implement comprehensive project delivery models integrating capital planning, governance, and execution into scalable frameworks. His expertise spans end-to-end project lifecycle management, from strategic visioning and financial allocation to on-the-ground execution, ensuring alignment between sustainability priorities and business growth strategies.
