About
Anne Spry is a Broker Associate with Cushman Wakefield in the Fort Collins, Colorado office, servicing commercial real estate throughout Colorado. Her brokerage expertise focuses on the sales and leasing of retail, land, industrial and office assets with an elevated focus on investment transactions. Anne is certified in Argus Enterprise, adept in cash flow analysis and values providing investors, owner users and tenants with comprehensive resources to any transaction or guidance in their portfolio management. She is committed to providing excellent level of advising to all her clients, by leveraging market synergies, knowledge, utilizing her vast network of relationships and sharing her ability of continually developing effective solutions.
Over the course of her career, she has participated in over 230 transactions totaling more than $539 million in volume and over 4 million square feet. Working alongside her partner Jared Goodman, they received recognition by the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors as the Top Investment and Office broker in 2020 & Top Investment broker in 2021 and consistently ranks among the top of their peers.
Anne serves on the Colorado State University Everitt Real Estate Board and enjoys mentoring many men and women entering the real estate industry. She attended and played softball at the University of Northern Colorado, Ocala Community College in Florida and finished college at Colorado State University. Anne is a proud native of Fort Collins and raises three very active boys and three dogs with her husband and enjoys competitive play in Colorado outdoor activities, especially playing in the local tennis league.
