Andrew Sellet, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Retail Services, has over 20 years of retail real estate experience. He specializes in tenant and owner representation as well as the sale of retail assets. As a tenant representative, Andrew has executed regional expansion strategies for numerous retailers and restaurants.  The majority of this work is in the Ohio and Kentucky markets but he has also completed transactions in IN, TN, AL and GA.  

Andrew started the Retail Services Team in Cincinnati in 2005. Over the last 5 years the Team has completed over 346 transactions representing nearly $420 million in transaction value. 

Andrew and the Team have worked with a number of strong ownership clients as well and recently worked with Brixmor on the redevelopment of a Sears box to bring Ulta, Old Navy, Spectrum/Charter, Buff City Soap, Chicken Salad Chick and Tropical Smoothie Café to the redevelopment.
