About

Anders Pesavento is the Managing Principal of the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he leads the Minnesota operations of Cushman & Wakefield which includes Brokerage Services, Asset Services, Project & Development Services, Portfolio Administration, Facilities Management and Engineering.

Anders’ experience includes capitalization and disposition of more than $10 billion in real estate transactions across diverse sectors, including industrial, office, multifamily, healthcare, and senior living. With a full-cycle perspective from development to disposition, Anders connects owners with our local market experts to align strategies that deliver long-term value.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Anders worked at Ryan Companies, where he was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, and a catalyst for large-scale acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures for the company across multiple property types nationally.

Bachelor of Science degree in Business in both real estate and urban land economics and finance, University of Wisconsin-Madison
