ORLANDO, August 19, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Forrest Askew III, CCIM, has joined the firm as Director of Brokerage for the Orlando, Jacksonville and Stuart markets.

As Director of Brokerage, Askew will focus on supporting and developing brokerage talent, fostering a strong sales culture, recruiting within strategic service lines and strengthening client relationships throughout the markets. His experience across brokerage, occupier and institutional ownership roles provides a unique perspective that will help advance Cushman & Wakefield’s strategic priorities across the region.

Askew brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, corporate real estate and institutional ownership. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from Link Logistics, where he led leasing strategy and portfolio performance across Central and North Florida. In that role, he oversaw more than 20 million square feet of industrial assets, managing brokerage relationships, tenant negotiations, portfolio positioning and market strategy. 

Askew is active in the Central Florida real estate community and serves on the board of NAIOP and holds the CCIM designation.
