Scott joins Cushman & Wakefield’s local office agency leasing team, led by Executive Directors Stephen Clifton and Zach Wooten. He brings to the firm a background and depth of experience with both global, institutional investors and private capital. With JP Morgan and MetLife Real Estate, he served in a number of capacities, including acquisitions, asset management and portfolio strategy, while at Hollandsworth Construction he led business strategy and financial operations. Drawing on 16 years of experience across office leasing, acquisitions, asset management, construction strategy and portfolio leadership, Scott brings a comprehensive understanding of how strategic leasing drives long-term asset value—and is excited to continue delivering strong results for existing clients while expanding relationships with new clients.

Scott joins Cushman & Wakefield from Foundry Commercial where he was Senior Vice President. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and earned an MBA from Emory University.
