In this role, Derderian will be responsible for protecting, promoting and evolving Cushman & Wakefield’s brand and reputation throughout the region. He will work closely with regional leaders to deliver expert commentary and shape clear, compelling narratives aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities.

Derderian brings more than a decade of experience building and scaling public relations and corporate communications functions, most recently serving as Senior Director, Head of External Communications at Greystar, overseeing the Americas and APAC regions.
Prior to Greystar, Derderian was Director of Market Intelligence at SERHANT, where he built a first-of-its-kind research and PR function to support the firm’s rapid growth and market positioning.
