Cushman & Wakefield continues to strengthen its leadership team and further expand its regional capabilities across individual asset classes. Effective 1 January 2027, the company has appointed Sabine Schulz as Retail Leasing Lead Munich & South Region. Schulz will report to Daniel Kroppmanns, who has served as Head of Retail Leasing Germany at Cushman & Wakefield since 1 July 2026.

Sabine Schulz joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers, where she spent nearly 11 years. Most recently, she held several leadership positions simultaneously within both the national and regional retail letting business and also served as Key Account Manager Luxury Retail Germany. Her previous professional experience includes roles at Kemper’s, JLL, and Lührmann.

Daniel Kroppmanns, Head of Retail Leasing Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, commented:
“Sabine Schulz is one of Germany’s most experienced retail brokers and also has an outstanding international network. Her expertise and relationships will be a tremendous asset to our leasing team. With Sabine joining us, we are continuing our growth trajectory and further expanding our retail leasing capabilities.

“Particularly in a challenging and increasingly competitive market, experienced professionals are essential to support our national clients and international corporate mandates with confidence and provide strategic, results-driven advice.”

Mario Herbst, Head of Leasing & Tenant Representation Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, added:
“Expanding our regional leadership teams across asset classes remains one of our key growth objectives, including within our leasing business. Alongside logistics, retail is a particular focus area. By bringing Sabine Schulz on board, we are gaining a highly regarded colleague with extensive national and international connections in one of Germany’s most important retail markets, significantly strengthening our presence in the region.”
