Cushman & Wakefield is further expanding its transaction management team in Germany and has gained Dominic Knower, an experienced specialist in professionally managed transaction processes. On 1 April 2026, Dominic Knower will take on the new position of Team Lead Transaction Management Germany. He will be based in Frankfurt and report directly to Simon Jeschioro, Head of Capital Markets & Investment Advisory Germany.
Dominic Knower joins from Knight Frank, where he most recently served as Associate Director in the Capital Markets team. His previous position at BNP Paribas Real Estate included nearly four years in investment consulting, where he supported institutional purchase and sale processes and was responsible for market and portfolio analyses. He gained further experience as a consultant in the Capital Markets Transactions division at JLL. He entered the industry in the private equity sector at Cerberus Capital Management.
With this background, Knower brings a broad understanding of transaction processes, capital market requirements and the management of institutional mandates. In his new role, he will further develop the transaction management team and continue to professionalise processes.
This will allow the capital markets team's client advisors to focus even more strongly on clients and advisory services.
Simon Jeschioro, Head of Capital Markets & Investment Advisory Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, comments: "Dominic Knower combines in-depth market knowledge with a high level of transaction security. He understands the mechanics of complex deals and knows how to prepare and present mandates professionally. With him, we are gaining a personality who will further sharpen our transaction management expertise and strengthen Cushman & Wakefield's overall market presence in the investment business."
