As the Head of Project and Development Services (PDS) Korea, Jay is responsible for directing the business operations. He provides oversight for all project and development services delivered to investors and occupiers, including Workplace Strategy (WPS). He possesses over 19 years of expertise in new building construction and interior fit-out, having successfully managed a substantial portfolio of international blue-chip corporate clientele.

His practical fieldwork experience encompasses the direct management of all facilities engineering and maintenance functions, comprehensive Project Management (PM) and Construction Management (CM), supervision of construction execution, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, planning, and safety control. Leveraging this diverse practical experience, he functions as a strategic advisor within PDS Korea.
