Matt Ashman MRICS is a Partner and Head of Leisure & Restaurants at Cushman & Wakefield, with over 20 years’ experience advising institutional landlords, investors and developers on the strategy, development and evolution of major mixed-use estates.

He specialises in hospitality, leisure and culture within complex destinations, combining customer and occupier insight with financial appraisal, commercial structuring, tenant mix and asset strategy to drive long-term performance.
