Cushman & Wakefield Appointed To Homes England Property, Financial And Development Services Framework

London, 16 September 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to Homes England’s Property, Financial and Development Services Framework (2026–2030) following a competitive tender process.

 

The appointment grants Cushman & Wakefield preferred supplier status across England for the next four years.

 

This appointment builds on Cushman & Wakefield’s long-standing track record of advising Homes England, its predecessor organisations, and the wider UK public sector. It further positions the firm as a key delivery partner at the heart of the Government’s housing and development agenda.

 

Homes England is the Government’s housing and regeneration agency, focussed on unlocking housing and regeneration opportunities, transforming the housing market, and driving innovation to deliver lasting impact. Its mission is to support the creation of high-quality, safe, and sustainable homes, alongside vibrant and inclusive communities across the country.

 

The Homes England Property, Financial and Development Services Framework will be used to procure a wide range of professional, technical, and financial property services to support the delivery of Homes England’s Strategic Plan.
