About

Jon has over 35 years’ experience of the hospitality sector across EMEA, dealing with a wide range of hotel assets, from budget to luxury, and across capital markets, development, valuation and advisory service lines.

He has executed and led both single asset and large portfolio valuations in multiple jurisdictions across EMEA.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 to head up the Hospitality team in EMEA, Jon had responsibility for Investor Services and the valuation and advisory teams across EMEA at JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, as well as leading the businesses in the Middle East & Africa and Northern Europe.
