Patel will oversee the development of high-impact, data-driven content that supports both investor and occupier clients, working closely with local research teams, service line leaders, and global teams.
Patel joined Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Research & Insight team in January 2023, focusing on the national offices and life sciences sectors. During this time, Patel was awarded The Ian Cullen Research Prize by the Society of Property Researchers for ‘Locating Science’, a data-led methodology for selecting the optimum areas for life science facilities within the UK.
Over the past year, he has led London offices research, including the delivery of the latest edition of ‘London Moves’, the firm’s flagship report tracking occupier activity across Central London.
Kiran Patel, Head of EMEA Offices Research at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "I’m excited to take on this regional role at a time when the office sector is undergoing significant transformation. Our clients are navigating complex challenges and opportunities, and I look forward to helping them make informed, data-driven decisions through insightful, forward-looking research."
Anna Town, Head of Business Development Services, APAC & EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Kiran is held in extremely high regard by our clients, and his promotion reflects his ability to connect data with strategy to deliver differentiated research that drives real value for them. I know he will play an instrumental role in taking our EMEA office sector insight to the next level."
Patel will be based in London. Heena Gadhavi has returned from maternity leave to resume her role as Head of London Offices Research.
