Rupert Lea is one of five Partners who have been at Cushman & Wakefield Spain since 2008. He is head of Retail Capital Markets Spain, Retail Leasing and Agency (High Street). In addition Rupert assists in retail business development within all sectors in C&W.

Rupert joined Cushman & Wakefield Spain in 1998 and over the last 21 years, he has closed more than €4 billion of retail / leisure investment transactions.

He has an excellent reputation with both national and international investors and his team continues to control approx. 80% of major retail transactions in Spain. Previously, Rupert worked for Hillier Parker in London in valuation, shopping centre asset management and retail agency/development.
