The firm has leased the entire fourth floor of the building, increasing its current office footprint in the city. The transaction was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.

The building, comprising approximately 11,000 sq m, forms part of a mixed-use complex that combines office space with retail and food & beverage offerings on the ground floor. BDO Abogados has leased a fully open-plan space distinguished by its efficiency and flexibility, as the floorplate is completely column-free.
Located in one of the most established and prestigious areas of the upper part of Barcelona, the building is considered one of the most iconic assets along this corridor, both for its architectural features and its excellent connectivity with the rest of the city. The property is currently 100% occupied and has historically experienced very low tenant turnover, reflecting the strong performance of the area and, in particular, the limited availability of office buildings in Barcelona’s upper district offering floorplates of more than 1,000 sq m.
