New cross‑regional leadership strengthens Cushman & Wakefield’s ability to help clients navigate global supply chain complexity and unlock value at scale
Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Michael Carson as Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory (SCLA) for both the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions. The expanded remit reflects the increasing importance of integrated, globally connected supply chain advisory support as clients navigate complex and rapidly evolving operating environments.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, Carson has served as SCLA Lead for EMEA, where his deep expertise in supply chain strategy, resilience and optimisation has helped clients address heightened geopolitical and economic uncertainty. His leadership has supported organisations across multiple sectors in enhancing efficiency, identifying new value opportunities and building more robust logistics networks.
Carson’s expanded mandate will accelerate consistency, efficiency and seamless integration across two of the world’s most dynamic logistics and industrial markets, unlocking even greater value for Cushman & Wakefield’s clients and partners.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Carson served as Group Commercial Director at Libra Europe Consulting and previously held the position of Supply Chain Director for the Exteriors division at SIG, a leading supplier of insulation and sustainable building products.
