Sean joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 and specializes primarily in landlord representation (both sale and leasing) for office, retail and industrial clients. His expertise lies in finding a property’s true potential through a comprehensive evaluation, an effective strategy and appropriate marketing tactics to showcase a property’s top qualities and maximize its value. His objectives are to appeal to and secure quality tenants while guiding clients through the leasing and disposition process.
