About

Sarah Owen is an Associate Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield and a member of the firm’s Tenant Advisory Group. Based in Toronto, Sarah and her team advise office occupiers on complex leasing assignments in Toronto and across Canada and North America.

With six years of commercial real estate experience, Sarah and her team have advised many of Toronto’s most prominent organizations on their workplace and real estate strategies, ranging from individual transactions to complex, multi-market assignments. Sarah and her team work together to ensure that they provide the best service to their clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including needs analysis, strategy development, market and site selection, financial evaluation, and offer and lease negotiations.

Sarah is known for her deep understanding of the Toronto office market, strategic and collaborative approach, and strong relationships across the brokerage and ownership communities. She uses her skills in relationship building to ensure that each client achieves the best outcome based on their needs. Given Sarah and her team support tenants of all size, each interaction is tailored to the needs of client to achieve a successful real estate outcome.
