Mike Hardy joined the Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. Vancouver Team after spending 5 years with another local commercial real estate company. During that time, Mike developed an extensive client portfolio which led to his placement as the company’s #1 commercial sales broker in the Fraser Valley (2007).

Mike is a veteran of the Fraser Valley and has worked this area for his entire career. Mike’s initial focus was retail leasing and investment sales in the Fraser Valley. Shortly after joining Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. in 2008, he was involved in the sale of the Willowbrook Business Park from a local Langley owner to the Vancouver based Concert Properties. Mike was the sole broker in this $19,300,000.00 transaction.

Mike’s ability to work closely with his grass roots clients in the Fraser Valley connecting them with high level local and national buyers has been one of the core strengths in Mike’s business plan to date. The majority of Mike’s clients from the onset of his business in commercial real estate remain with him today. Mike is currently active in the land development markets in Surrey and Langley.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University.
