As Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, Michael specializes within the retail and mixed-use asset class throughout the Greater Toronto Area. With a career rooted in urban retail, Michael’s primary focus is on high-street retail and mixed-use assets throughout the GTA’s most prominent corridors. Vast experience across both the investment sales and retail leasing market affords Michael with valuable two-sided market intelligence, with leasing often as a value-add to disposition or acquisition assignments. Comprehensive knowledge of the occupier market, coupled with robust relationships spanning from institutions to independents positions Michael as a trusted advisor to both on-market and off-market transactions. Michael has been at Cushman & Wakefield for the past 9 years after relocating from a well-known Toronto boutique firm. In the past 48 months he has successfully completed over $150,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions as well as over $60,000,000 in total lease consideration.
