About

Lini leads our retail services team at Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia.

She has been involved in over 100 property consultancy projects including new town developments, mixed-use super block developments in the Jakarta CBD, and waterfront and land reclamation schemes where she was the key consultant and team leader.

As a retail specialist, Lini has extensive experience in shopping center market and feasibility studies including retail concept development, project design review, retail theme and tenancy mix, and catchment area analysis for projects ranging from neighbourhood to large-scale retail and recreation centres.

Lini advises the strategic consulting team of the company. Under her leadership our Indonesia retail team have worked in the marketing of several major retail developments in major cities of Indonesia.
