He has sold hundreds of properties across commercial, development land, and investment sectors. He currently has over $250 million in development land listed for sale.

Being a recognized expert in development land, excelling in preapplication meetings, council hearings, and subdivision applications. His expertise led the City of Abbotsford’s planning department to invite him to discuss the Official Community Plan (OCP) and address developer concerns.
