Greg Loffree brings 20 years of industry, consulting, and real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield clients. As a founding member of the firm’s Client Solutions group, and now a senior agent in the industrial brokerage division, he works with high-profile industrial clients, helping them to get best value for their facilities expenditures in Canadian and international markets.  

With a professional background in transportation, construction and development, Greg works with an alliance network of consultants, planners, and other professionals, to help clients examine their real estate options and successfully manage a full range of facility and land development projects. He is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Solutions group, which focuses on providing real estate solutions to clients in the warehousing and logistics sector.

Greg has written articles for the Canadian Industrial Property Guide profiling domestic and international markets, and covering topics in corporate real estate management, transportation and logistics.

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master’s in Transportation Engineering. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he held management positions in the product supply organization of a major, multi-national consumer products company, and went on to develop a consulting practice that provided service to industry and government on a wide variety of economics, transportation and logistics management assignments.
