Chris Van Den Biggelaar is an Associate Partner, Industrial Sales & Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton. He has completed numerous industrial sale and lease transactions since 2011 and has extensive business ownership experience.

Chris is an integral part of the brokerage team; specializing in industrial sales, and tenant and landlord representation. Chris is known for handling complex transactions which include vendor and purchaser representation, tenant and landlord representation, build-to-suit and sale-leasebacks. His knowledge and experience result in exclusive appointments with international, national and local clients. Chris has and continues to complete multiple assignments for his clients, notably for Acklands Grainger, Covenant Health, Russell Hendrix, Scafom Canada and Melcor. His experience includes transactions with a value of up to $30 Million dollars.
