Brent Rudell is the Broker of Record, Vice President and Partner of Cushman & Wakefield Southwestern Ontario. Graduating from McMaster University, Brent obtained his bachelor’s Degree in Geography with specialization in Urban Planning. Brent started his career with the Ontario Realty Corporation, in the Transaction Management Group, where he carried out highly complex property dispositions for the Province of Ontario. His over 15 years of experience has allowed him to build an extensive expertise in property dispositions, property investment valuation, Buyer/Tenant representation and Landlord/Vendor representation. 

Over the past 15 years, Brent has successfully completed a wide range of industrial, land and investment transactions accruing to over $750 million. Brent’s success is driven by his highly diverse industry knowledge, hard work ethic, and unmatched commitment to his clients.
