Bobby Koutsaris is an Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, and a member of the Global Data Center Advisory Group. With more than 16 years of experience in the data center industry, he specializes in advising clients on complex digital infrastructure strategies across the full lifecycle of data center development and deployment.

Bobby partners with global organizations to deliver integrated solutions spanning site selection, land acquisition, power procurement, and complex transaction structuring. His experience includes strategic account management, portfolio strategy, technical discovery, and solution architecture, helping clients scale mission-critical infrastructure and align real estate decisions with long-term business, operational, and capacity planning objectives. 

He serves as a trusted advisor to hyperscale users, enterprises, and developers navigating high-growth and increasingly complex data center environments. Drawing on experience across the operator, developer, and end-user perspectives, Bobby provides a holistic approach to evaluating and optimizing the entire data center ecosystem, including power, fiber, and colocation strategies.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bobby spent five years with a leading data center developer, where he was responsible for securing land and power for large-scale developments and leasing nearly one gigawatt of turnkey data center capacity to hyperscale clients. His transactional and development experience enables him to guide clients through a rapidly evolving and competitive global landscape.
