Cushman & Wakefield has elevated David Hall to the role of National Head of Commercial Real Estate (CRE), further strengthening its leadership platform across Australia.

In addition to this appointment, David will continue as Head of Brokerage, Logistics & Industrial (L&I), Australia & New Zealand, reinforcing the firm’s integrated approach and deep sector expertise across its CRE offering.

The appointment reflects David’s strong track record leading one of the firm’s highest-performing teams and positions him to guide the broader CRE business through its next phase of growth across office, retail, living and industrial markets.

Importantly, David will remain closely connected to his Logistics & Industrial clients and teams, maintaining a hands-on leadership role within Brokerage while expanding his remit nationally.

Noral Wild, Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive – Australia, New Zealand and North Asia, said David’s appointment recognises both performance and leadership capability.

“David has consistently delivered outstanding results for our clients and our people. His leadership of our Logistics & Industrial brokerage business has strengthened our market position and built a culture of accountability and collaboration.

“He brings deep transactional expertise, strong client relationships and a clear strategic mindset. David is the right leader to guide our CRE business into its next growth chapter, while continuing to drive excellence in Industrial brokerage.”

David said he was energised by the opportunity to broaden his leadership across the CRE platform while remaining firmly embedded in the Industrial sector.

“Logistics & Industrial remains a core focus for me. Our clients operate in a dynamic, evolving environment and I’m committed to continuing to support them directly.

“At the same time, I’m excited to lead the broader CRE business across Australia and New Zealand. We have exceptional people across office, retail, living and industrial, and a significant opportunity to further integrate our platform, deepen client relationships and grow market share across all asset classes.”

Under David’s leadership, Cushman & Wakefield’s CRE division will focus on integrated service delivery, cross-sector collaboration and strengthening client partnerships across capital cities and key regional markets.
