A total of 29 commercial real estate (CRE) transactions were recorded in Q4 2025, with total volume reaching approximately KRW7.8 trillion. For the full year 2025, transaction volume totaled KRW25.4 trillion, climbing 23% y-o-y to a record high. This overall market expansion was largely driven by a sharp rise in office asset transactions. In the logistics sector, the market was driven by continued participation from foreign investors, highlighted by the record-breaking deal of the Cheongna Logistics Center. Meanwhile, the hospitality sector saw active trading centered on 4-star hotels, supported by the sustained growth of the tourism industry.
