About
Toine van Summeren is an international partner and Regional Head South Netherlands at Cushman & Wakefield. He leads a team of tenant advisors focused on the industrial and logistics sector and is a member of the Commercial Leadership Team at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Operating nationally, he works primarily from the Eindhoven, Amsterdam and Utrecht offices, with strong roots in Eindhoven.Toine began his career in real estate over 23 years ago, shortly after graduating with a law degree.
Beyond the Netherlands, Toine plays a key role as Co-chair of the Tenant Advisory Group EMEA. Known for his decisive leadership, he actively contributes to the success of the business and the development of his team.My Team
Toine’s team consists of tenant advisors focused on the industrial and logistics sector. They support clients with requirement briefs, market opportunity scans including short- and long-term off-market options, technical inspections, RFP preparation for build, purchase or lease proposals, negotiation of all terms, and formal agreement documentation. Depending on client needs, the team also manages technical delivery and/or fit-out of new locations.
