About
Tjomme has been a long-standing member of the Management Team of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield. He joined the firm in 2007, was promoted to Associate in 2015, to Commercial Lead in 2018, and became a Partner in 2022.
He is responsible for a range of real estate portfolios on behalf of Dutch and international institutional investors and leads a team of more than 30 professionals, including Account Managers, Technical and Facility Managers, and back-office staff.
Tjomme has extensive experience in leading teams, analyzing and optimizing portfolios, and enhancing collaboration across service lines to strengthen service delivery across multiple disciplines. Together with his team, he focuses on delivering proactive property management, with a strong emphasis on tenant satisfaction and measurable results.Areas of Specialization
