Floor Seuren is a Capital Markets professional at Cushman & Wakefield, based in Amsterdam. He advises private equity, institutional investors, developers, corporates and private investors (family offices and high net worth individuals) on the acquisition and disposal of office assets and portfolios across the Netherlands, with a particular focus on large cap transactions.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, Floor has advised on transactions representing more than €3 billion in total asset value. During this time, he has developed extensive expertise in complex transaction management, competitive sales processes and strategic negotiations. He advises clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from defining the optimal sales strategy and positioning an asset in the market to managing due diligence, coordinating stakeholders and successfully executing transactions.

His strength lies in coordinating complex investment processes involving multiple parties and creating competitive tension to maximise value for his clients. He combines in-depth market knowledge with a strong understanding of investor behaviour, pricing mechanisms and capital flows to deliver well-informed strategic advice.
Floor primarily focuses on office investments across the Netherlands, with particular expertise in Amsterdam and the country's other major office markets. He has extensive experience advising on single asset and portfolio transactions with values typically exceeding €20 million, working with both domestic and international investors.
