Salvador has been an active broker at Cushman & Wakefield for over seven years, accumulating more than eight years of experience in the local real estate market. He advises a broad range of companies, with a particular focus on global Cushman & Wakefield clients.
Over this period, Salvador has assisted more than 50 clients across office, industrial, logistics, retail, and capital markets projects and transactions. Throughout these engagements, he has completed 64 transactions totaling more than USD 92,000,000 in value. This track record has allowed him to build strong strategic relationships with key players in the local market and to gain extensive expertise across multiple asset classes.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Salvador worked for an international real estate developer focused on residential projects. In this role, he oversaw the proper execution of various functional areas and stages of real estate development, including project formulation, commercial planning, sales, and performance analysis.
