Diego Briceño is Brokerage and Project & Development Services (PDS) Manager at Cushman & Wakefield Peru, where he leads the commercial strategy and execution of real estate transactions and projects.

Under his leadership, he advises local and multinational corporate clients on landlord and occupier representation, as well as capital markets transactions. He also oversees Project & Development Services (PDS), supporting clients in the planning, management, and execution of infrastructure projects.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with comprehensive expertise across residential, corporate, industrial, and commercial projects. His background combines brokerage, transaction structuring, and real estate development experience, enabling him to provide a strategic perspective focused on maximizing asset value and optimizing investment decisions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Commercial Manager at a local residential development firm, where he was involved in the structuring, development, and launch of residential and commercial projects.
