Héctor Lemus is Regional Director and Founder of TECNI | real estate Intelligence, a Cushman & Wakefield alliance based in Guadalajara, Mexico. With more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Héctor has played a key role in addressing the real estate needs of national and international corporations, consistently delivering outstanding results. Prior to founding TECNI in 1998, Héctor worked at Grupo Financiero Santander, where he held several senior management positions, including Director of Corporate Banking in Guadalajara and Divisional Director.
